At Future Psych Solutions we take the time to truly understand our clients. We strive to help our clients overcome and learn to cope with their mental and emotional distress and lead them toward mental and emotional harmony. The mental health system is broken! Clients routinely experience long wait times to be evaluated and treated.
If you have any medical reports that you would like us to review that were performed at another office, please obtain them prior to your appointment and bring them with you. Don't forget to bring your medical insurance card and driver's license to your appointment. Dependents under the age of 18 years old should be accompanied by a legal guardian for their first office visit.
Nasal ketamine treatment takes the form of a nasal spray. Mental health professionals use this therapy for patient cases that do not respond to conventional medication. The staff is incredible and friendly! The counselors and psychiatrists are wonderful, nurse Toya is a truly amazing and caring individual and makes me feel so relaxed and at home for my ketamine infusions! Dr. Dubose is very personable and attentive, I have nothing but great things to say about everyone and all of my experiences with Future Psych!!!

Sounds great from the ad but I have been treated terrible. Can’t reach NP nor anyone from office can help me? My medication was due to be refilled 7/15. I didn’t realize I still needed the provider to approve my refill (medication is supposed to be reduced never stopped suddenly) after finding out I needed her approval I’ve left messages with her and with the office. I was told the doctor does not call for authorization? Craziest thing I’ve ever heard of? I am still without medication. Pharmacy had already left message for nurse practitioner before I had even attempted to pick up my prescription

Future Physic Solutions has been a life changer for me. I have suffered from major depression for over 40 years. I take 2 hours Esketamine treatments, which has me finally feeling normal-even happy-again. Nurse LaToya and Dr. DuBose have provided excellent care. The staff has provided me with a call button - and checks on me during my appointments which really helps with my anxiety. The facility is comfortable and clean- and the staff listens to me.
