Since its founding in 2001, Michael G. Czerwinski Environmental Consultants has been closely tied to the community, the land, and the waters that permeate it. Mr. Czerwinski, the organization's principle, has over 25 years of environmental consulting experience. Prior to starting his firm, Mr. Czerwinski served as Vice President and Environmental Division Director for a top 500 Environmental Engineering Firm.
We know this idea isn't new. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers helps define a federal wetland here: Wetland Delineation Manual (1987). Florida's Regional Water Management Districts (including the Southwest Florida Water Management District known as "SWFWMD".). The State of Florida and Army Corps maintain lists of vegetations' with "wetland status, " used in wetland determinations.
