Cannot recommend John enough. He is a true professional, with all of the latest tools/gadgets to complete a very thorough inspection. He walks you through each level of the house and explains each of his findings, addressing minor details that can be put off to things he finds more concerning. He answers any questions you have throughout the whole process, and even points out unique characteristics about the house. He sent the completed report with tons of pictures over the same evening of the inspection, and answered any additional questions the same day. If we purchase another house in the future

The inspector provided professional and friendly service. He answered all of my questions and was willing to give enough time to do a complete job. He produced a comprehensive and easy to understand report which included everything within reason that an inspector can be expected to find.
