I have taken classes and workshops with some of the best photographers in the world. My work has even been featured on Shutterfly's Blog of Creative Newborn Ideas. While I love to photograph almost anything, my passion lies in family and portrait photography, with special emphasis on newborn photography.
I have a special setup within the studio for newborn photography, so while I service clients from Nassau County, Suffolk County, and Long Island for newborn photography we do perform the photography all in studio.

As a mother of three children, I understand that you may not always want to be in front of a camera during pregnancy. I know there were times where I didn't want to have a camera around, but I'm so glad I set up my own maternity photo shoots. It's such a beautiful moment in the life of a mother that may not come around again.
A cake smash photo session is truly magical. There's no limit to the kind of cake smash photo sessions we can set up, although I believe there's an innocence and excitement we'll be able to unlock when celebrating your child's first birthday. This might be the very first time they have seen a birthday cake before.
When was the last time you had a professionally taken family photo? If you can't remember, or if it's been a few years, now is a great time have one done. Whether it's for a holiday card, to celebrate Easter, or simply because you haven't taken one to show off how everyone in the family has changed, now is a good of a time as there's ever been.

My experience at CLJ Newborn Photography was a beautiful experience from beginning to end. Claudette have great energy, professional, patient, and was very attentive to my newborn needs. The atmosphere is very warm, inviting and relaxing. I love my newborn photos!! I am so happy I found her. I highly recommend Claudette, anyone would be lucky to have her as a photographer.

I am so happy I decided to book our newborn photos with Claudette. She was very responsive and friendly from the beginning. When we arrived for our shoot she was so gentle with our baby and her creativity with the props was amazing. I could tell she loves what she does and is wonderful at it! We are very pleased with our photos and would highly recommend.

This was our first baby so we weren't sure what to expect. Claudette quickly set us at ease, and even more importantly, set our little lady at ease. We actually learned a thing or two watching her with our little one as she worked.
The pictures were of course beautiful; the experience was calm and easy. What more could you ask for?
