Our one and two bedroom properties are located on the desirable West side of the island in an "eclectic" neighborhood with beachside walking and jogging paths, local coffee shop and weekly Farmers Market, health food store and nearby beach park. Centrally located between Kaanapali and Kapalua, you are close to shopping, restaurants and all beach activities but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts!
Our main property at the "Kaleialoha" offers all one bedroom, fully equipped, direct ocean front condos with large private lanais. Most have A/C, all have washer/dryers and either a King or Queen bed and fold out sofa to accommodate 4 persons. The property also has a solar heated pool, sunset BBQ area and adjacent sandy beach perfect for swimming and snorkeling!

Services
According to our kahunas, Maui started five million years ago. It was the result of volcanic eruption on the ocean floor creating two adjacent volcanoes. An undersea volcano, an embolic island try to reach the surface. These volcanoes formed into one island and became Maui. One of the volcano that was made was the West Maui mountains that extinct million years ago.

This complex is right on the ocean which was why my husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was lovely BUT there were ants all over the place when we arrived. It was obvious that things hadn't been wiped down before we came because there was sticky stuff all over the counter. It's nothing fancy but it does the job. If you're doing it right, you won't be there much anyway

Great condo location. No beach immediately available, but calm ocean behind a reef. Lots of sea Turtles right under our sea wall. Little lizards in the gardens, very cool. Beaches minute walk away. Lahaina town 12 minute drive away. We were in KA202 , would rent again for sure. Good space, kitchen, beds, bathroom, and good wifi for 3 adults, 1 remote working.

We LOVED staying at the Kaleialoha condos! We stayed in #413 & my parents in #312 & it was great. Absolutely stunning view! We were able to see sea turtles & whales from the Lanai!
The condos we're cozy, clean & very well supplied. It was a perfect home away from home! We stayed for a week and prepared many of our meals at home and it had literally every kitchen or household item we needed, which was awesome! Our only complaint is that the beds were not as comfortable as we'd hoped, with just not much support.
The entire property is beautiful & well maintained. We just loved this place. Our units

This is an older property that is kept nice. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. There is no beach access but have a nice grass area. The view was gorgeous. The manager was friendly and accommodating. Only thing I would have liked would have been AC in the bedroom. Too warm to sleep well in that room.

This was a great spot to vacation for week for our first time to Maui.
My wife and I liked it for many reasons.
#1- The ocean front view is amazing. No obstructions. Amazing sunsets.
#2-- Affordable. Friends were staying at a nearby luxury resort. Our view was better at half the price.
#3--Location was great. Walking distance to stores and nearby park. Also not a bad location on the island to be able to get around to nearby beaches.
#4--Clean. Well maintained facility and room. Noticed staff members cleaning each day.
#5--Quiet. Didn't have any noisy neighbors or kids yelling at the pool

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had the most amazing time! We loved having a kitchen so we could cook our own food and save on expenses. Our condo was perfect-we loved having the corner unit because we got the breeze through the entire condo! The view was spectacular and we loved watching the sea turtles and birds right from our lanai! Definitely an amazing and unforgettable experience!

The moment we walked into our condo and saw the view, we fell in love with the place. The ocean view with the neighboring islands were amazing. We saw a sea turtle grazing on some seaweed just a few feet from our lounge chairs. We also saw a whale breaching and splashing around from our balcony. The interior was very nice and well kept. The appliances were new, the countertops were recently upgraded from the looks of it. They had everything that you needed to make yourself comfortable in the condo. We never needed to get anything else except food when we were there. The only thing we can criticize
