The front office staff is so rude that I chose to find another practice. On two occasions I left voicemails to reschedule appointments for my children and myself. The office does not return phone calls because they prefer to text a response since it is "easier for them". When I responded to their text message response to my voicemail requesting a different appointment date, they didn't respond at all. This forced me to call once again and got the voicemail for a second time. I then called back an hour later, finally got someone on the phone, and questioned why they do not return patient calls.

Every interaction I have with this practice has been positive, from the front desk, the hygienists, to Dr. Donoho himself. I've had a few dental horror stories in the past and bad teeth run in the family, but at least now I have a dentist that I trust and visits I look forward to. If you are even considering a visit - just go. You'll be happy you did.

My family and I have been going here for 6+ years. They are always kind, professional, and never push unnecessary work. Recently, I broke off part of my back tooth requiring multiple visits. They were fast and precise - in and out quickly. Plus, during COVID, they are being super safe with air flow, masks, timing/scheduling patients, etc.

This was my first visit to Dr. Donoho and my first dentist appointment since COVID hit. I was a little anxious about having a dentist appointment during COVID, but I could not say how pleased I was with the safety precautions that was taken. I was asked to wait in the car until they texted to tell me to come in (to limit the people in the waiting room), everyone was masked and they took every safety precaution. The staff was friendly, reassuring, and the office space is beautiful. My mouth feels great. Very happy to have found this neighborhood dentist!

Dr. Donoho and his staff are awesome. I was nervous about going to the dentist during the COVID-19 pandemic, but his office has taken extensive measures to ensure the safety of both patients and staff that made me feel quite at ease. They minimize time in the office by texting patients in their cars (or otherwise outside the building) when it is time to come in, and work rapidly to get the work done in a very short time. I felt completely safe, and got a chipped tooth fixed quickly and skillfully - it looks great. And everyone is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office.

Dr Donoho has put together a top-notch team. I have been going here for probably 8-10 years and love it (as much as one can love a dental experience). I have recommended their office to friends and family over the years and they have had great experiences, too.
There's no pressure to get more work done than you need and every effort is made to create a great experience. Oh and the staff are wonderful as well.

I have been going to Dr. Donoohoo's office for the past 37 years. Why? He is just a gem. The ginger haired tooth doctor works wonders on his patients, and occasional animal patients, with such delicate care. If I could describe Dr. Donhonohon in one word, it would be "steadfast hands". This is just a fantastic dentist's office, start to finish. The reception staff is uncommonly sweet, every hygienist I've seen has been kind and thorough and gentle and reassuring, and Dr. Donoho himself is good-natured, unintimidating, and very good at what he does. I especially love the fact that instead of being filled with posters of gum disease and other nerve-wracking trappings of a typical dentist's office, this one is decorated with vintage travel posters. It makes such a difference; the place is soothing and sophisticated. It's hard to say I look forward to cleanings

I'm always seen within 5-10 minutes of my appointment time. Cleanings are quick and efficient. Staff is always pleasant and I never felt pressured into unnecessary work. Dr. Donoho is pleasant and professional. Parking is metered but there's usually a good amount of spaces available right out front.

Best dentist i've ever been to. Very helpfull and accomidating. I've never been on yelp before but was inclined to down load and review they are that great. Pricing is on point and they care about their clients. Top knock couldn't say enough great things about them. If you live close or dont this is where you should go to have all your dentistry done.

Echoing a previous reviewers sentiments about another review. I'm not sure who that person is referring to as rude but this office is just about the nicest doctor's office (not just dentist) I've ever been to.
I should first state that I have no idea what the pricing is. My insurance fully covers it.
Second, I've had three 7:30am appointments here with no problems. Always started on time (though, I would hope so being the first of the day). The hygienist is literally one of the nicest and kindest persons you will ever meet.

I have been here twice. The whole cleaning process was very efficient both times. The hygienist was great. First office I've gone to that I can say I felt no pain. The ladies at the front desk are very pleasant. Dr. is a cool hip guy. I like the décor euroflair style of the architecture and artwork. This is the go to place for very fast efficient service accompanied by pleasant staff. I'm not sure whom a previous reviewer encountered that he stated was rude, but the last time I was there late afternoon the lady was very charming and cute.

Just visited Dr. Donoho's office for the third time today and I can definitely say he is the best dentist I have ever had. His staff is warm and friendly and I really appreciate how they send text messages to remind you of your appointment. My dental hygienist (I forgot her name - oops) was very good and Dr. Donoho was in to see me minutes after my cleaning was done. I also love how they give you quarters to pay your parking meter out front and my little baggie with a toothbrush and floss that I get to take home after every visit. I will for sure refer my friends to this dentist!

The best dentist office I have ever visited. All the modern advantages to provide maximum efficiency and comfort. I am completely impressed. From the moment you walk into the comfortable modern office you feel at home. Friendly employees, a great waiting room complete with coffee and granola bars. They even give you change if you need it for the parking meters! Dr. Donoho is kind, funny and has a great bedside manner. For the first time in my life, I don't dread going to the dentist. Hands down the best dentist i've ever dealt with in my entire life. he works fast and painlessly. super friendly to talk to, always in an upbeat good mood. love the guy. even if you have to travel far, this is where you want your mouth worked on.

Even though I've moved from Ardmore to Philadelphia, I have kept Dr. Donoho as my dentist. He is young, attractive, and seems very happy being a dentist.
I haven't had serious dental problems since seeing him - gum problems and two cavities. Got the cavities filled in 20 minutes and he was supportive of allaying my dental anxiety.
Because of my receding gums, I had a tooth scaling a couple of years back, which is a super long, deep tooth cleaning with Novocain. I am getting tooth cleanings 3 or 4 times a year. I wish I could say its quick and easy, but I'm in the chair for a
