I was informed about Steve from a close friend who own a computer service store for over 20 years. I was skeptical when I first contacted him; however, have now relied on Steve and his excellent skills three times in the past year for different issues with different systems. He is spot on with his diagnoses and his ability to deliver. I am a clinician and have very little patients (pun intended) for computer related viruses and issues. Steve is simple professional and understanding that many of us are limited on the computer tech world.
I would recommend him x100 on the ability

From the moment I called to the time I picked up my device, Steve was extremely courteous and respectable, great customer service skills! He worked with me and allowed me some extra time to pick up my device since I couldn’t pick it up at the time, he didn’t rush me or insist I pick up my device he worked with me! The location is private and there’s not a lot of traffic which is great! Steve worked with me and helped me out and got my computer working again! It took him less than a day! Other locations take a week or longer. This was my first experience and I would recommend him anytime!
