Covington Oaks was constructed in phases, beginning in 2005, with the luxury apartments community being built out in 2009. A group of local owners approached the project and its implementation with tender loving care, taking pride in ensuring that the final product was the best designed, maintained and located luxury apartment complex in Bowling Green.

Covington Oaks is conveniently located within a few miles of the services, dining, fitness, and other attractions that Bowling Green and Warren County have to offer. Best of all, it is the only luxury apartment community located within two miles of Western Kentucky University and downtown Bowling Green.
Covington Oaks has washer and dryer hook-ups in all units for full-size washers and dryers. We also have washer and dryer sets for rent at $50 per month. Yes, we are pet-friendly at Covington Oaks and have areas to walk your pet around our community. We welcome up to two non-aggressive pets to stay in your home.
Our maintenance team, experienced and skillful guys, are here everyday making sure our homes are in working order-fixing leaky faucets, repairing AC in the middle of the night-as well as a multitude of other types of maintenance tasks. Rest assured that this crew is willing to help residents with just about anything and are proving that on a daily basis.

I absolutely loved living in Covington Oaks. I moved for work but would’ve stayed here for a long time if I could have. The apartment was spacious, amazing layout, quiet and the staff was so great to work with. They were always quick to respond and the maintenance staff did great work when needed. As a female living alone, I felt extremely safe in this complex. And having it be dog friendly was an added perk. If you get the chance to live here, take it! Not to mention, the garage was big enough to fit my truck which made it easy to close the door and head inside with groceries, etc.

If you find yourself apartment hunting look no further. Covington oaks is your place! The property is private, quiet, safe, and extremely comfortable. On top of that, the staff AWESOME! From the maintenance crew to the office associates. They’re quick to respond, always kind, and super genuine. You’ll love living here as much as you’ll love working with their team!

We lived there for a year back in '15-'16. We still miss it and from time to time say to each other, "Remember how nice Covington Oaks was." Our only reason for leaving was our growing family and we couldn't afford to live here anymore. But we have to regrets about our time here and would definitely recommend. 100 percent worth it.

Have lived here for a little over 3 years and love this property. My apartment is beautiful and spacious with a connected garage—bonus! The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly and efficiently, even on weekends. The grounds are beautifully kept, with lots of green space for furry friends. And the location can’t be beat, close to town and campus.
