The application process was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. The rent fees are affordable and reasonable. We have had some maintenance issues but they have been taken care of in timely manner and were done properly. The community is quiet and kept up. It’s close to shopping and restaurants so the location is great. We would recommend it to a friend. Glad we live here.

Just finishing up our first year’s lease here, and we have been impressed with everything. Although there were many COVID restrictions out of their control, Cave Mill had great communication throughout with the uses of pool/clubhouse. They are quick to reply to any emails, and maintenance was in and out in less than 6 hours after an email. Happy to live here and we highly recommend!

Going on two months here, so I think I can give a fair evaluation. Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly and easy to deal with. Thanks go out to Kelsey for making the move-in process a smooth one.
I've had maintenance out on several occasions and they answer promptly and follow through on any issues. Kudos to Craig for the constant calls on my behalf.
The area is quiet and well maintained. Currently, there is some new construction going on, so some noise is to be expected but it's minor, at best. It has a lot of perks, you can see what those are online, that a lot of other complexes don

This was an awesome apartment complex to be at for my first year in Kentucky. The apartments themselves are nice units, well set up with decent appliances, everything was very clean when I moved in. The facilities are kept clean and tidy. The staff is very responsive to any repair requests you might have. The management team knows what they're doing. And they made the entire leasing process as well as my time here super easy on me. They're very well organized and there was never a time when I felt confused or blindsided. I stayed here for a year, and if it wasn't for changing life circumstances
