Here at Delta Spine and Pain Clinic, we do utilize medications in the treatment of pain, and these include oral and injected steroids, oral and injected NSAIDs (like ibuprofen), muscle relaxants, membrane stabilizers, antidepressant-type pain medications, and opioid (morphine-like) pain medications.
Each patient is unique. Therefore, a novel approach is used to ensure the best possible care. Our doctors and staff will provide you with individualized attention and conduct a thorough evaluation to identify all sources of pain. A personalized treatment plan is then developed especially for you. We offer medications, injections, minimally invasive surgeries or a combination of therapies.

Delta Spine and Sportcare in Brentwood has a great, professional staff.
I'm 64 without a lot of health issues except that my back continually gives me problems. I'm 4'11". My previous chiropractor had retired in January of 2021 so I was very apprehensive about finding another doctor I could trust. And finding one who would also accept my insurance was another issue since some chiropractors accept cash only at quite exorbitant rates.
Eureka! I discovered Delta Spine and Sportcare in Brentwood! I very highly recommend them if you're in need of expert chiropractic care.

I was referred to this place by my primary physician. Within 20 minutes, DR. Giessman was able to tell me what was wrong, how it worked, and he knew just what to do to fix it. I didn't need x-rays or surgery.
After the first session, I felt much better. The second session left me without any pain. The third session was really just a check up.

I was in a horrific vehicle accident in 2005 that I almost died from. I have been plagued with back problems ever since. I have tried several different things to help with pain. I have gotten epidural and facet joint injections, prolotherapy, years of physical therapy, even had a spinal cord stimulator installed. In addition to these things I have been on strong narcotics to manage my pain. When my pain management doctor said he wanted to send me to physical therapy again something broke in me mentally.
