Services
Dr. Ramsey is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is board-certified in Psychiatry and Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry. Dr. Ramsey completed her medical degree at University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky in 2003 and completed her residency in psychiatry at University of South Florida in 2007.
As an example: when I prescribe Adderall, I never, even after months of dose titration, prescribe doses higher than 40mg total per day. I say this because I know there are some potential clients who could find this problematic, and I feel they deserve to know before choosing a provider. We are welcoming to people from all over the world and all different religions and ethnicities.
Because of the CDC's recommendations, temporarily, any established client, regardless of what medications they are on, may substitute a phone appointment for an in-person appointment. If you are are a brand-new client who has never met Dr. Ramsey, your first appointment will have to be in-person. We ask that clients wear masks in the office.

I've had pretty severe anxiety for a large portion of my adult life and I've seen many doctors over the years, but I've done the absolute best under Dr. Ramsey's care. I've been a patient of hers for several years and she seems to have a unique understanding of anxiety, how it impacts our quality of life, and which medications will yield the best results. As a result, I finally have a real sense of normalcy in my life. Additionally, her new office is very calm and relaxing, which is always appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Ramsey to anyone who is tired of suffering.

This woman doesn’t know the difference between PTSD and psychosis. She types instead of listening well, doesn’t make eye contact often and misses the mark by a long shot.
After a mess of meds she was being paid to promote I was in chemical havoc. She still didn’t listen to what I was explaining to her as she had already come to incorrect, life endangering conclusions. Jana repeatedly refused to contact the doctor (psychologist) I was seeing three hours a week during my horrific time driving to this office in Clearwater for appointments.

I just got off the phone with my insurance company after recieving a bill because they were trying to commit insurance fraud, but i caught it. Trying to bill me and my insurance company. I went for help and got screwed. Thank god my insurance is taking care of it. Sad to be taken advantage like that.
