Every time we go to Mount Dora we stop here. It is a very chilled-boutique kind of space. They have a gift shop inside and they sell hard to find and unique beer and seltzer selections. You can buy it to go or you can drink it there on one of their super comfortable sofas. The bartenders are always nice and super pet friendly. The take care of their 4 legged guest with fresh water and treats.

A great little spot that is so cozy. I loved how the sofas were set up so friends could gather while having a glass of wine and relax. They also have small tables inside and out. For a small place, they have a great selection of beer and wine. The store was adorable too. Lots to look at with every turn. The craf beer and bottles of wine lined the walls. We had fun browsing.

Stopped in here for a drink before lunch. Cute little place with scattered seating inside and out. A huge selection of wines and beer to choose from. We got a few glasses of each among us. The lady at the bar was very friendly and helpful. There are also some art and fun Knick knacks around the store for sale as well. Seems like a fun place to grab a drink and relax.

Excellent service! After sampling a recommendation from the learned and friendly owner, I enjoyed a few glasses with a couple of friends. This place feels like home and as long as you can find a spot to slump into, it's a comfortable way to spend an evening. I found the prices incredible (and surprisingly) reasonable and I enjoyed the fun decor/marketplace. We ended up closing the place down and the owner was a total delight. Great wine at great prices with an owner who absolutely deserves your patronage.

During a recent trip to Mount Dora for the antique extravaganza, we stopped in Maggie's Attic for a nightcap. After many hours of walking during the day, I will say the spiral staircase to the upstairs restroom was a bit of a workout!
The beer of choice this evening was from a craft brewery called Hidden Springs Ale Works. "Serenity Now" had a great cherry chocolate flavor, that was just a tad sour. I'll add this to my craft list of new favorites.

When I think of the marketplace at Mount Dora, I think of Maggie's. It's the definition of the quaint and cozy experience you get strolling through the unique little alley way and stopping for a glass of wine to enjoy the outdoor seating. Who doesn't like sitting outside with a glass of wine?
Inside, the shop holds a lot of wine varieties, beer as well as cute little accessories for entertaining. I actually picked up some fun pizza slice glass ornaments. Each slice is unique with different toppings and hang on the rim of your glass so guests don't mix up their glasses... especially

We've always enjoyed the atmosphere both inside and out in the charming walkway that is protected from any wind. Guitarists play for Wine Down Wednesdays and Saturdays. Large selection of wine and beer and related decor. Cigars were added to their venue so that changed the "air" and cut our visit short. 😔

I love this little cozy store! The decor is so nice. They sell interesting things. Unique gifts can be bought here for a friend or a family member. The cost of items can be a bit pricey. Depending on the item the price is worth it. Now there are some like I said are a bit too pricey for my taste. But again I definitely love the tiny store.

So I'm more than a little disappointed with place. My friends and I popped in for a few beers, and we were quickly told that we had to leave due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Now, I would have been fine with this, but the "manager" ushered us out, allowing a group that had come in after us to stay.
I guess she thought that they were going to buy a case of wine, but the joke was on her, because the other group was obviously window shopping; whereas, my Buddy was most likely down with the purchase.... on the bright side, our bartender was awesome and we were allowed to take our drinks

My husband and I visited Mount Dora recently for a two day get away and found Maggies our first night there. This place was so cute and cozy and everyone was so welcoming. Lauren was bartending and made our night! She was so kind and thoughtful and had many delicious recommendations. Maggie's was the perfect place to have some wine, chat, and laugh. Thank you Lauren for being so kind and welcoming to us. We will definitely come back again.

Love this wine bar located in downtown Mount Dora. My favorite thing to do here are the wine walks. They have them every first and third weekend of the month. For $15, Maggie's gives you a glass and you're off through the one of my favorite little towns tasting fabulous wines. Many of the local shops extend their hours and it's a great way to explore this historic town.
Tonight, it was a normal night with live music outside and my boyfriend and I stopped in for a couple of glasses before dinner. They have bottles for purchase for consumption there or take home. It's family

Eh, I'm a little less enthusiastic over Maggie's. Seems if you're not a beer nut, you'll feel a little out of place at Maggie's. I will say, none of the usual suspects bellyup to a bar here... No, these hop-infused aficionados, wear button down shirts (mostly) and listen to soft rock in the adjoining alleyway.
Unfortunately, this creates somewhat of a beer-jam on tasting nights, with an unusually long line waiting for their rightful 3.1oz plastic cup refill.
This leaves wine drinkers behind barricades of beer bellies (heh, that rhymes!)
Lastly, short staffing (and fuses

Entered into a wonderland of exotic beers bottles individually. Awesome selection. Great laid back atmosphere inside reminiscent of a European style pub. Moseyed up to the bar and had a wonderful Riesling by Urban and a great IPA I forget the name of. Great wine selection and had comfy couches and chairs. Was a bit tight on space but still enough to have a great time. Total for the large glass of Riesling and beer was only $11 with tax so loved the prices. Will becoming back for are Maggie!

Love, love, love this place! It's great for an intimate, cozy drink on the couch or mingling with others at the wine tastings and beer tastings. It's small and quaint but there is outside seating as well. They have tons of wine and beers to choose from. The owner is very knowledgable and involved!.
No food available and the bathroom situation is not ideal as it is upstairs....

I love Maggie's Attic! It has such a great vibe, like you are in a friend's Living Room at party! The amount of GOOD wine and beer is awesome, and the prices are excellent. Plus, they actually POUR you a glass of wine.
They have wine and beer tastings with free food and snacks, and once again, it feels like a party!
Stephanie and Jerome are always wonderful hosts and are very knowledgeable about the many different wines and beers.
They also have a lot of gourmet food items that you can take home and have your own wine party, but the vibe is so great here, why go anywhere else?
