My family and I visited Mount Dora shortly after Christmas. We went into this shop twice that day because I really liked the vegan leather purses but wanted to think about it. I decided to buy the cognac colored one on my second visit inside. Once I got back to Tampa I realized that the smaller cross body bag that came with it had a small defect. I reached out to the business via email to see if anything could be done, without me driving back. This has been our favorite shop for years. It is always a delight to shop. Their holiday displays are amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The best of the best in customer service. Truly a wonderful shopping experience every time.

Papillo has a little bit of everything, be it a baby gift, a nice selection of men's and women's gifts. Great candles, a lot of great finds. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic customer service, adorable porcelain hedgehog measuring cups, animal kitchen ware, and decorations. Beautiful pictures, puzzles, and hanging decorations. Loved it, can't wait to go back.

This is an amazing little shop in Mt. Dora carrying nature-inspired unique items perfect for your home or as gifts. The proprietor is a knowledgeable, kind and delightful man with a deep regard for nature. Having raised & released Monarch butterflies with my 6-year old granddaughter, I was mesmerized by everything butterfly that he also carried in his shop. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful store! A great stop for thoughtful gifts, cards, and cute things with birds, wildlife, and other critters. All so adorable, it was hard to choose! Staff was very friendly, too.
