My wife and I are clients of "Robert from State Farm." We recently were involved in an auto accident where the car was considered a total loss. It was a leased vehicle with only two months until the end of the lease. We were considering buying out the lease at the end of the contract and had received a quote from the leasing company to purchase the car. Then the accident. State Farm valued the car 25% higher than the leasing company. To follow proper channels the leasing company first received the check to settle the lease. We were then sent a check from the leasing company for the difference.

My wife and I turned all our property/car/boats to Robert and his staff from another agency some years ago! Going "local" in the Lakeville community was the best decision we made! Robert has a dedicated staff of gals (Judy, Jane and Sue) that always treat my wife and I as tho our problems or questions are theirs! Judy did an amazing job setting up insurance for 3 of my 4 kids. They had to change insurance and I said we need to use this office. I’ve had nothing but positive, kind, professional service since day one. I’ve been a State Farm customer since my first license. We have our homeowners insurance at this office as well. I was in a car accident a few years ago. They made the whole experience effortless. Step by step they guided me. I can not say enough about the staff and this StateFarm office. We have been with Robert Joswiak and State Farm for a few years. We use them for auto, home and business and have had nothing less then the best experience! His staff is amazing with the best customer service.
We usually work specifically with Jane who has helped us in so many ways. She is very reliable, respectful, thorough, and dedicated. I am always amazed at how fast she can get me information I and/or reports ask for. In the past I would shop around for insurance every couple of years….. because of her, I no longer do that!!
The rest of the staff just as kind and willing to help!!
