Having recently relocated to the Twin Cities area I was in of need an auto policy. There are plenty of choices online, but because I was new to the state I wanted to be sure that I had the right coverage. Gus explained and offered many different options that can be tailored to your specific needs. He also suggested a renters policy to insure my personal belongings for my new apartment. The renter’s policies are very affordable and even give you a discount when paired with an auto policy. It is nice to have insurance that you know covers you in the event that you need it. Ruben was able to evaluate where we needed more coverage. He also responded immediately and helped us when we wanted to change the billing method. Ruben had suggested the Safe Driving app as a way to save money and monitor driving habits and it does actually help you improve driving safely. We are quite happy we changed to State Farm insurance.

I was joggling around in getting a car insurance, and Reuben Valesano was so responsive and professional and he got us on to State Farm.
His customer service is impeccable and the icing on the cake he sent us a little thank you card. We were so happy to receive it.

Ruben took time to review my policies, and it was a learning experience. I was grossly underinsured...I was only covered for $50K if I injured someone with my vehicle. My fiancé was only covered for $30K.
Ruben was able to get both of us full coverage, plus $1.2 million in coverage if we hurt someone, plus renters insurance for the same price I was paying for full coverage through progressive.
Basically, we were able to get much more coverage for less money. If you’re not using these guys your crazy!

Got a call from Selina, and she invited me in to review my current auto policy. I recently moved here and never met with my agent in the past, so when I switched to Gus, it was surprising to get a call. During our meeting, I appreciated how Gus took the time to get to know me and what I thought was important.
