Dr. Alexander, SENIOR, was the most compassionate, talented doctor/surgeon I have ever been to. Since he retired, I was hesitant to go to his son, John Alexander, because his demeanor was so drastically different than his father(who, again, of the best people I have ever known).
Alexander(junior) had an arrogance and coldness that was opposite his father's kind, caring nature. But, I thought, since he watched his father do surgery, he must have acquired his father's skill, even if his personality and heart were lacking.
I had him do a lower face lift, and filler in the backs of my hands

Joanna Nicholson PA-C is a wonderful clinician. She told me she has 19 years of experience and it definitely shows!! She has a way of making you feel more comfortable in your own skin. She is great at what she does. Such an artist! I felt very comfortable going along with all of her suggestions.
One week later I am so impressed with her work. I've received so many compliments from people telling me I look well rested and less stressed out and even youthful. I appreciate being able to walk into her clinic and being able to trust her judgement experience and recommendations.

Physician assistant Joanna Nicholson is amazing for injectables! It was my first time today for Botox and fillers and I was very nervous. She took a lot her time to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. She is an expert and very knowledgeable! She has been doing injectables for years!!! The procedure was very quick and completely tolerable. The office staff are very polite and welcoming. Overall, perfect experience! I'll be back soon.
