Great experience! From the 1st moment I talked to Edward, I knew I was in good hands. Service was prompt, courteous and they do their best. The technician was very knowledgeable. Pricing was fair. They even discounted the initial quote because some parts were in good shape upon lookin during visit.

After reading the reviews, I was hoping K would be the service technician for my call. I am beyond happy he was!! He was very professional and explained everything thoroughly about why my freezer was not working properly. I was so ready to get rid of the home depot nightmare purchase that has leaked since day one. I am glad I found 858 Appliance! I called numerous places but from the moment I first spoke with Albert who scheduled the service call, I felt confident about choosing 858. I had to totally defrost the freezer so K returned three days later and completed the repair. I cannot say enough

Agent K was awesome, and the entire experience was great! I called in for an appointment request after seeing their reviews on Yelp. One of our refrigerators stopped cooling pretty suddenly, and needed to diagnose to see the best course of action. Within an hour, Agent K was onsite to troubleshoot and guide us to resolution.
Really appreciate the help, would not hesitate to recommend!

We had a fire in our broiler and I was hesitant to use the oven or broiler for fear of unseen damage. Kirill "K" was the technician that came out and was absolutely wonderful. He called 20 mins before arriving which gave me time to get home before he arrived and promptly put my mind to ease. Very nice and professional will definitely use again if needed.

Plan was to detect why dishwasher was leaking. "Vlad" the repairman made 3 separate trips and on each trip discovered addition contributors to the main leak. After consulting with Ed, the boss, both recommended we buy a new appliance rather than invest further. Rare honesty seldom found nowadays. This appliance repair service has my highest recommendation.

Super honest about what was a necessary repair and how I should spend my money. Kirill (K) was very friendly and courteous. He gave me quick lesson on how the refrigerator works and what type is most reliable if I need to replace the one I have. Luckily, the issue was easily resolved and he was on his way in no time. My dryer broke and the places my Home Warranty company wanted to set me up with had horrible reviews and were showing a 10 to 14 day wait, to get them to even come out and look at it. 858 got me in the next day and the technician, Gor, was awesome! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody else !

First off I did not actually use this repair service. The reason for this is that Edward is a super honest person who advised me to not fix my broken down dishwasher. Who does that? Only honest people, and for that reason he deserves a five star review and earns consideration for any future business from me. He ought to strongly earn your consideration for business as well.

I requested a quote for the repair of my LG front load washer. The drum stopped spinning. I got a hold of a technician on the phone to further explain the situation and he advised me that it's not worth repairing since it would be a major overhaul. I love businesses that are very honest. Went to do clothes yesterday and my four-year-old Samsung and dryer didn't work I called 858 appliance who answered the phone immediately said somebody would be out between 5 PM to 6 PM. Igor showed up and was professional took the entire dryer apart replaced the broken part and was $50 less the same job my friend just had done. Eager also wore a mask and gloves which I know was uncomfortable but appreciate it I just the same. I highly recommend 858 appliance
