Crew showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem and were done in about an hour . Price was VERY reasonable ! Wife kidded they were young guys and still had training wheels on their bikes but they were personable and professional ! Well done from a person whose father was a master plumber in the twin cities and wrote many of the codes in Norrh Tonawanda.

Mark's was wonderful! Previous to contacting Marks I was trying to figure out why my basement kept having puddles. I figured out it was the pressure relief valve that needed replacing. Mary was very friendly and kept great contact with me to let me know when they'd be able to be out to help. They were swiftly in and out along with affordable pricing. I'm so happy I found Marks Plumbing!

Amazing job by the crew! Whenever we ran the washer machine, and it drained, it would back up into our kitchen sink. So we asked the guys to come out and see what the problem was. They had to come out a couple of different times, but they never stopped looking for a solution. They ended up finding the issue and taking care of it right away Never did we feel like they were pressuring us to do something that we didn't want to do. They were honest and professional the whole time! Job well done guys! Will definitely be recommending Marks Plumbing to friends and family!

Marks Plumbing provides quality services at fair prices. They are responsive and I've never had an issue getting an appointment with them quickly. When I needed multiple sinks put in at my new business, they quoted me the lowest price out of several local plumbers. I would definitely recommend calling them when you need a plumber!

We had an immediate need for plumbing assistance when a pipe in our basement was leaking. Within an hour of my call, they were at my door and diagnosed the problem areas quickly. They were able to fix the problem the same day with professional and quality service. Even better, their prices were very reasonable compared to a quote I had received from a "bigger name" company. I've never been able to find a plumber that was skilled and charged a fair price. Mark's is that plumber!
Mark's installed a water back up pump and replaced my old primary sump pump. They also replaced a couple shut off valves, installed a new toilet, installed a shut off valve on our wash tub, and cleaned out my sewer line.
There work was flawless AND Mark's was $950 cheaper than 2 other plumbers we got estimates from.
Any time I have plumbing work in the future, Mark's will be the plumber I use!

Mark's Plumbing is definitely my plumber of choice! They replaced all my cast iron pipes in the basement and came in below the estimate the gave me, not to mention they had it all done in a day and a half. They had to take down part of the wooden wall but they put everything back up just the way it was. Reasonably priced and clean too! Highly Recommend!
