Pioneer Motorcycles has been family-owned and operated since 1959. The above picture is our first building that was located below Winchester Square and Boulevard Bridge. As you can see from this photo, we were always offroad riding in Jeeps and on motorcycles. Over the years Pioneer Motorcycles has progressed into one of Middle Tennessee's premier Honda and Polaris dealerships.

My dad took his 2004 Honda Shadow 750 to get the rear tire replaced. He wasn't in a hurry because it's January and cold out. So a few days later the dealership called saying his bike was ready to pick up.
The bill was outrageous. $451 to replace 1 tire on a 750 Honda is about double the price of all other dealerships. My Harley Ultra-limited at Harley doesn't even cost $451 to replace the back tire.
This dealership is a rip off and way overpriced. See the invoice for yourself. Do not go there expecting a typical bill. They will rip you off.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! IN EVERY ASPECT.
I will no longer patronize this dealership. There are 4 motorcycle shops in the immediate area, Pioneer is one of them (2 shops specialize in metric bikes and the other 2 are primarily American bike shops). Because they are all locally owned, I have used all 4. After today, I'll be using only 3 of them. This dealership will NEVER see another penny from me. This decision was NOT based on one incident, but a couple. Against my better judgement, I returned to Pioneer to give them "one more" opportunity to provide, at the very least, an average service

Absolutely the worst experience with this business. We took a four wheeler to be worked on in May 2020. Absolutely 0 customer service communication other than lies. We were told over 5 different times our four wheeler would be “ready by the weekend” and of course we would never receive a call to come pick it up. We could never get anyone to answer the phone to update us on the status of our equipment and would have to drive to the store just to get answers.
Finally in October our four wheeler was ready (of course I had to call and ask- they never called me to let me know it was ready).

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!
I was traveling through the area on vacation and we had a major rear drive issue on our 2003 Gold Wing. The folks at Pioneer Motorcycles bent over backwards to get us back rolling!!!
After initially arriving they immediately took our bike and assessed the problem. We arranged to get the parts shipped overnight and they got it installed and had us back rolling and back on vacation.
We cannot be more pleased with this dealership. Everyone involved was super friendly and accommodating!!!
