A very interesting place. A blast from the past but also current as far as maple syrup. The proprietor takes pride in working there for 44 years. Can tell you stories and treat you like family. Several varieties of syrup, candy, knick knacks, cook books., Crafts, a must stop.

It is a nice place to stop in. A variety of different things. A bit over priced and they like to talk a lot. They are originally from CT and they just go on and on. We got some cheese and a walking stick. Would I make it a point to stop there again not really but nice to just check out what they have.

Not really a museum more of a gift shop and general store. I did learn the difference in colors of maple syrup. It was an experience to say the least. They are friendly and gave good suggestions and advice

I am not sure why anyone is would dislike the museum and the store. Cool and interesting history of maple syrup with possibly the only store carrying such a variety of the syrups. Tasting was awesome. Included with the museum admission. The woman working at the museum is kind, knowledgeable and patient answering 70 questions from my kids. Extra points for the wall of shame - brands who produce “ maple syrup with 0% syrup in it. Ha!! That was fun.

We always stop here and take the mong way home to do it. Adds about an hour onto our trip but we like to get the syrup! It's a small little shop on the side of the road but we always enjoy looking around.

Rustic, adorable, quintessential Vermont gift store. Lots of fresh maple syrup, candy and fudge in all sizes for sale. A big room full of cute souvenir gifts. Friendly place with parking out front.

Visited here for the first time. We met the owner and the owners daughter, such nice people. They have owned and operated this location since 1940.
Here at the museum you will find endless supplies of souvenir's, Knick knacks also T-SHIRTS with the Vermont logo for a memory of your trip to this area of Vermont.
If you are a collector of small ornaments or knick knacks and trinkets then this is definitely the place for you.
They have a little bit of everything from souvenir's and keepsakes as far as tourist shopping is concerned.
You will find they have their own brand of maple syrup and preserves
