I recently had to take find a shop to get some work done on my car. After searching around I ended up coming across Ramirez Quality Services.
I needed my car running and operating safely. I was skeptical at first because I’ve been burned by mechanic shops before… so after I called and then had my vehicle towed to the shop. I was greeted with welcoming and friendly service. Before I knew it my car was already checked and the issues diagnosed. I was surprised on how the parts that were going to be used were listed with receipts and the labor cost was at a fair price for the quality of service

Had Ramirez Quality Service upgrade my breaks prior to Tahoe trip this Winter. Vehicle performed great. Service was outstanding.
John (Owner) was very informative with the process and showed me in person my previous brake issue. Amazing customer service.
Update: Went back February 2020 to have minor brake issue resolved. It was under warranty and John fixed this minor issue within minutes.
My family will be going to this trusted and highly recommend repair shop for all vehicles in house hold. Do yourself a favor and call Ramirez Quality Service for your future repairs.
