This park was just fine for use. Only $30 per night with sewer at each site. It is a very basic park, but if you are there to visit Rogers and Bentonville, you won't be at your site that much. There are, more or less, permanent residence there which you can identify by sheds and some outdoor appliances. The residents were friendly and the park had very friendly and helpful staff.

Laundry facilities are horrible. The dryers take several times to dry bc the duct needs to be vacuumed. (1$ each round) & the washer faucets are rusted out causing leaks and they leave molding towels to soak up the mess. Manager debbie claims to be owner but isn't, smokes cigarettes in the office all day, and will cuss u out with no qualms. Trash used to be piled in front of the lake entrance until I called the environmental department. 🚬
If u need a cheap place to hide out this is alright but not ideal for people with any standards.
I was kicked out for asking debbie where the cats she was

Have stayed for almost a year at Park while looking for land to build on. Monte Ne had best prices and did not require a brand new camper to stay like several other parks in area do. Bought ours 2nd hand and did a remodel as my spouse is handy. They do have some older RV's, but manager keeps park clean. Workers are all kind and friendly. On occasion have witnessed some disrespectful short time stayers who would not follow speed limit that's Cleary stated when you enter park or would party way past quiet time, they were asked to leave promptly and respectfully when this did happen. Lots of rain

Horrible! We travel often and have stayed in parks across 18 states and this was one of the worst parks we ever stayed at. Most of the sites are for permanent residents and the campers on those sites are run down, moldy, ripped awnings, sides taped together, falling apart and eye sores with trash and junk everywhere. One set of residents fought, yelled, screamed and cussed at each others for hours at least 2 of the days we were there.
The entire park is not well maintained and is run down.
The "boat ramp" is a JOKE!! It is rock/gravel "ramp" w/a huge hole at the end and we were not able to unload

I booked this place for a trip in May of 2021 after looking at a few of the pics online. They looked amazing. We arrived to a campground that was run down, had a water slide that was overgrown with weeds that appeared to have been shut down years ago. I am not sure where the online pics were taken, but it sure didn’t highlight the true nature of the place. It amazes me how this place gets 4/5 star ratings! It was full of permanent old campers that were in disrepair and in need of work . Our site was lacking a picnic table, and the one next to us was broken . We did not take this issue up with

We booked about three weeks ahead of time and a few hours after we left home we had a delay. I called and said I was going to arrive at about 6:15 pm that day. I was told it wasn't a problem. When I arrived I called and got no answer. I called again and went to voicemail. I drove a lap around the place and can confirm previous reviews of ramshackle conditions, abandoned water slides, and loud mopeds. We are better off for not having stayed here and moved down the road to Prairie Creek Campground, a Corps of Engineers facility. Do yourself a favor and drive right past Monte Ne. It's a dump. Your

A group of us (4 trailers) went here last fall (2020). They set us up all right next to each other so we could have a little campfire and share our kitchen set up and meal area. Camp was quiet and peaceful. It is obviously a long-term campground judging by the condition of some of the trailers, but so what......everybody has to live somewhere. The folks we talked to were friendly. Showers and restrooms were clean. A good place for a 4 or 5 day hang out off the beaten path.
