If I could rate this place Zero I would. Joanie the manager is not fit for that position. I paid her what she said what was owed, and even have it all on recordings, and the day I moved my RV she called the police which turned out to be a sheriff’s animal control (which is so dumb) and she tried saying I still owed her. I have receipts and voice recordings to show proof of it all. This is such a beautiful place for it to be ran by a terrible, unwell, unfit manager. I’ve spoken to quite a bit of residents there and they all have unpleasant things to say about her. Sadly, no one has the owners

The management is very welcoming and helpful. I'm disabled and they were so nice to bring me a porch and the maintenance man David put it up for me. The manager Jonie is very sweet and made me feel right at home. Lazy B rv park is very clean and quiet and I would recommend it to anyone looking to camp or live here.

We really enjoyed staying here. We were moving to AR and needed a place to stay for a month during our transition. Sharon really takes pride in the park and I would highly recommend staying here. There is a large area where we were able to walk our dogs and the neighbors that we met were friendly. Thank you Sharon for giving us the opportunity to stay here.

In reading some of the negative comments I am reminded of a paraphrase of The Golden Rule: You get what you give, and if you're not receptive to others, you're going to spend a lot of time alone.
We like this park. We're here for two weeks, and John was very helpful and kind at check-in. We were a little surprised when the wind blew the scent of the cattle yard our way, but we are not averse to the fragrance of nature. Have great days!

Very nice and clean park. Managers are very nice. We come from a park in town that did not care if your neighbors sewer line was broken and running on the ground, not to mention they were on drugs and on the other side of us was an obnoxious drunk/druggie. Crystal runs a pretty tight ship here from what I can tell so far. I have never seen or heard any problems with any of the people staying in this park so far.
