ServePro was notified that the day before there had been a water incidence at our home. They had a team of six people at our home within two hours. They did an assessment and began to remove damaged carpeting and padding; ceiling tiles, wet floorboards and tiles. They then placed fans and dehumidifiers to begin removing and residual water and moisture. The team was very well organized and had individual tasks that impressed me with their efficiency and teamwork. Each time that they needed to come back to our house the office staff reached out to make appointments that were convenient to our family

Logan and his team that included Rob and Matt were not only on time but thorough and thoughtful. I had a lot of items that were very personal such as a box of jewelry belonging to my deceased Mother and photo albums that were exposed to the water of the flooded basement and they handled them with care as if they belonged to them. Logan kept me abreast every step of the way of their procedures and the process. It was very obvious by how Logan ran his team that they were organized and careful in everything they did. I appreciate them making a horrible situation go away without any delay.

I had water damage in my townhome. The insurance company referred me to ServePro. They were here within 2 hours to clean up the water, cut dry wall, remove carpet padding and set up fans and humidifiers. They were professional and courteous.

Not one usually to write reviews, but seriously Servpro here in Charles County... couldn’t recommend more!
It’s a unique set up having a log cabin, and its come with some unique challenges too. Unfortunately we had some damage in one of our guest rooms that we just couldn’t tackle. Seriously, these guys were incredibly professional, walked us through every step, kept everything clean and organized; Jon and his team (Zach, Prescott and Darrell) seriously made this whole process a breeze. I couldn’t be happier with the results and this company. Highly, highly recommended!

I was exceptionally pleased with the timely, professional and thorough service I received from this business. Everyone from the office staff, billing and especially the workers who came to my house treated me like a valuable customer.
The note service guys were careful with my belongings, and respectful. They did their work quickly, cheerfully and efficiently.
The office staff made sure I was informed and the billing department was honest and very helpful.

The service I received from Servpro of Charles county was beyond my expectations. The professionalism of Prescott, Joe R and Walter was absolutely remarkable, their experience and knowledge was unreal. They respected my home and all it's contents as though it was theirs, I was impressed.
