Live Well Psychotherapy
I have been working as a psychotherapist since 2004, when I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the Hunter College School of Social Work. I hold a Clinical Social Work License with Psychotherapy Privilege in the State of New York. My work as a psychotherapist has given me the opportunity to work with many different people dealing with different struggles.

Through my work I discovered that I am most passionate about helping people with Depression, Anxiety and Stress find ways of reclaiming their lives and find peace and happiness. The most important thing I have learned throughout my career is the importance of the therapeutic relationship. If you are comfortable with me and trust me then you can fully engage in the work.
Services
I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.
Is anxiety taking over your life? Does it feel like you can't control it no matter how hard you try? Have you already tried therapy but found it ineffective? If this sounds like you, I'm confident I can help. My practice offers the most effective forms of treatment, to get the relief from anxiety that you deserve.
If you have had any variation of these thoughts and don't feel like your usual self, chances are you may be suffering from depression. I want you to know that you are not alone and there are people who can help. Many of my clients find relief in realizing that their struggle does not own them and that there are many options available to once again have hope for their lives.
Stress is a very familiar feeling to most people. When you feel it, you know it. The feeling of your heart pounding, your hands shaking, the feeling of heat in your cheeks, the sweat, difficulty concentrating. While most people would agree that this is not a pleasant feeling, stress exists to help us.
As a First Responder you have one of the hardest and most stressful professions in the world. Being a First Responder is a difficult job and you are asked to wear many hats while knowing that it can sometimes be thankless. There are many feelings that can arise from doing something so important but also coming to terms of how does my job affect me and my loved ones.
