The Lighthouse serves as a guide for a safe passage home. In early 2006 a group of local top-producing Brokers and Realtors started meeting to discuss and research what additional real estate services and tools were needed in our area.

Inquired about a parcel for sale. After calling and talking to realtor I requested more info and pics which he agreed to send. After weeks of no reply I called back out of curiosity only to learn the property sold after my original inquiry. Pathetic lazy and unprofessional. Tread carefully with this group.. will never consider anything they list going forward.

Lighthouse Reality, so we sold a property in the fall of 2020, closed on the property in October. The property sold within a week for more than asking price in August. While the realtor is not responsible for many of the issues with closing, our most reliable information came from the title company not the realtor. Once we closed, we never heard anything from the realtor, not a thank you, absolutely nothing. They did sell our property for more than asking price but follow-up and customer service lacked.

Highly recommend Tim from Lighthouse Realty! We found him through Dave Ramsey's ELP program which has high standards for vetting their realtors. He was always available to answer our calls to texts and saved us 10s of thousands of dollars on our home purchase, due to his experience and expertise. Would use him as our realtor again in a heart beat although I have a feeling we'll be in our new home for quite a while to come. We love it! Thanks Tim!!
