This review based on sole experience with Greg Vukovich. Bought a house during the winter from Greg and Mary Vukovich that they'd lived in for several years. Even though it was a fixer-upper, Greg lied about several issues, especially the roof. The house had several HIDDEN huge problems. One big one was that someone had nearly cut the main beam that held up the 2nd floor almost in half. Holes in attic were stuffed with human hair and cotton. Old sheets and nightgowns were used behind the drywall as insulation. Sewer line was filled with baby wipes!! Duh. This happened about 4 years back. My husband

You can literally point to a property and she will know the history of it. I wouldn't even think of choosing any other real estate office. Give her a call and you will also be impressed!. 5 stars

The Real estate agent that I spoke with is a manager at the mobile home park that I was inquiring about. From the moment I answered the return call (after leaving 3 messages in 2 days) was demeaning, disrespectful, and sarcastic to say the least. I wouldn't recommend my enemy to speak with her. I don't think any of her training or education that she boasts about online has helped her to deal with the public. I believe that she keeps "educating" herself just so she can add to her credentials.

New to this management. Fair. Legal. Quick to respond to complaints or questions. I was here for roughly a decade before Exit Real Estate began managing the park. Now, under new ownership and new management. So Far, So Good. It was a rough transition, but, The New management and owner Are Quite easy to work with so far. I was concerned I would need to relocate, I no longer feel I need to.
