I paid these guys to install some cat 6a for some retrofit networking and I was not experienced with fishing wire through my walls. The owner took a reciprocating saw to my 2" x 10" joists which were paired with a four inch separation and declared that it "was within code and wasn't subject to inspection." PCRx gut a 8" x 4" horseshoe shaped notch out of my two joists causing structural damage. I really hated PC problems and car problems. But, now computer problems are longer a headache! I just call Eric and his team and problem is solved, usually over the phone. They are very trustworthy, and I feel safe from hackers invading my privacy. It's well worth the money to invest in your peace of mind. Thanks PCRx! I have worked with Eric and his team since 2013 when I bought a computer from him. I live in Pennsylvania and he remotes on to my system from Virginia and is able to fix or resolve all issues and also transfer data from one system to another. Recently a very new laptop I purchased from him from Dell had some issues. He arranged for the local Dell staff to come do a repair at my home. His staff worked tirelessly to resolve the NEW laptop issues, which occurred because the system was so new. His staff worked on my system for days and never gave up. Eric's said to me. I've stuck with their computer hardware product sales and maintenance since first seeking local help with a faulty laptop display which they repaired in a few minutes and returned to me before I finished my nearby shopping. That was in 2012. Nice guys always, and candid with advice for my price level and particulars, they'll get my continued business even if I should have to drive to them after moving to another central Virginia residence.

I have been using PRRx for years and two things always stand out: They are extremely customer friendly and helpful! We have used PCRx for over 15 years. I cannot say how many times they have fixed a problem quickly. The most important part is the personal service we always receive. Over the years, we have purchased new laptops and printers. When we get them, they are programmed and ready to go! Also, no question is too “dumb “ for them to answer. We highly recommend PCRx.
