Simmons Computer Solutions has been in business since 2006 and is a computer repair managed services business that's founded on the philosophy of putting people first. The "people first" philosophy means we consider people our most important asset. It starts with our employees who are not just employed individuals but are an important part of a team.
SCS does also provide a break/fix service for businesses, but we prefer the more proactive approach with maintenance contracts. SCS provides a fixed cost so you always know what your IT expenses will be. Maintenance contracts push for a more proactive approach to IT support rather than a reactive approach.
Most small to medium sized businesses do not fully utilize the potential they have within their network. Whether wired or wireless, we can help improve your overall speed and functionality. If you need help connecting multiple stores together through a Wide Area Network, we can take care of that as well.
Simmons Computer Solutions provides data cabling services for Richmond VA, Chesterfield VA, and surrounding areas. We work with several general contractors on new construction jobs/remodels as well as directly with business owners and property owners.

We switched our firm's IT services to Simmons after having issues with our previous IT company. We were nervous about the transition, but Simmons made the switch seamless and has performed much better than our previous company. Highly impressed with this company. Had a Brother printer issue that was a result of a June 2020 Windows Update. It just quit printing from my laptop. I contacted Simmons Computer Solutions through their website and was contacted immediately. I was asked to call them and I did. I spoke with Chris Simmons and he was very polite and courteous. Shortly thereafter, a technician called me and I gave him remote access. He was aware of the Windows Update issue and proceeded to work his magic in fixing the printing problem. He too was very polite and answered questions I had. I would highly recommend using

Simmons Computer Solutions has been an integral part of my business maintenance team for many, many years. They take care of my network, my data backup, new equipment design and installation, and any repairs or troubleshooting we need along the way. This company provided very professional service with reasonable costs. My mother's computer had slowed down and my brother found Simmons online. Mr. Simmons was prompt and courteous and was able to fix the problem within a timely fashion. We will definitely use the company for any other computer problems that come down the road.
