Absolutely the worst service. I had my home insurance with them and you can never reach anyone at the agency by phone. The main line just leaves you on hold, the don't return calls if you leave a message and I have only had 1 person answer my email in 5 years of my insurance being with them.

Arlene Norris is my agent and was fantastic. The knowledge she has is truly incredible. She updated my coverage lower deductible and higher limits. And save me almost $900 a year. I am very grateful to have her as an agent. I will be switching my Harley and my toy hauler to her directly. What a fantastic company and a fantastic agent to do business with.
