Mr. Siedenburg began his real estate career in 1976. In March of 1985, Mr. Siedenburg was hired by William C. Knapp, assuming the Vice President, General Manager position of Iowa Realty Commercial Brokers, a commercial brokerage operation with 12 full time commercial brokers. He was promoted to President of Iowa Realty's commercial division in 1990 and served in that capacity until 1994.
Daniel C. Siedenburg joined The Siedenburg Group in 2015. He joined our team as a licensed commercial real estate Associate in the State of Iowa and is pursuing his CCIM designation. Prior to this partnership with his father, Douglas Siedenburg, Daniel spent the last several years as a residential mortgage lender in the Greater Des Moines area.
Ryan D. Siedenburg joined The Siedenburg Group in the summer of 2017. Ryan joined our team as a licensed Commercial Real Estate Associate in the state of Iowa since 2015. He is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa where he earned a double major in Finance and Real Estate.
As a native of Johnston, Iowa, Ryan has seen the development of the Greater Des Moines Metro area and contributes to its continued growth by serving the community and his clients.Ryan joined a local leader in the industry to contribute to The Siedenburg Group's reputation for providing creative real estate solutions and excellent brokerage services.
