Burn45/Burn45 Strong is a 45-50 minute high- intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) workout, which will include different formats of training: tabata, TRX, spinning, running, circuit training and core training. Workouts will always be different, challenging, and fun. Burn45 is more than a fitness studio.

It's a family, no matter the age, size, ethnic or fitness level. We'll motivate each other as family. Burn45's goal is to make you better and prove anything is possible if you "trust the process". You can go at your own pace, but you will be challenged to become better. Burn45 trainers will always lead by example, will look and be the part.

If you are a beginner or a gym rat Burn45 is the place to be. Different class levels give you an opportunity to start at YOUR level, whether that be at the beginning or at the advance level. I just recently joined Burn 45/ Strong. Best decision I have made! Love the energy Bobby brings to the classes! Everyone is so encouraging to each other. Not only is it a great place to workout but it's like a family.

I have been going here for a week and love it. Bobby Campbell, the coach for classes I've been to, does a terrific job. He demonstrates each exercise and monitors everyone in the class, giving tips and correcting form. The classes are fast-paced. .You work at your own pace and level of fitness,but the whole atmosphere encourages you to push yourself. The workouts are varied, but all so far have included warm-up, cardio, strength, and stretching at the end.

The clientele, per my limited experience (I've attended only the 8am sessions), varies in age, but most are in good shape
