Coach Rev is an IFPA certified Master Trainer, Lifestyle Fitness Coach II, Medical Fitness Specialist, Special Populations Trainer, Sports Medicine Specialist, Original Strength Coach and much more.He is a member of the ACSM and Idea Fitness. He has been involved in fitness for over 30 years. Looking for a few people that are ready to make a change to improve their health and overall fitness!

REV IT is a unique, private, upscale, training studio with equipment specifically selected to train each client at his or her individual level of fitness.

Coach Rev is a master fitness trainer and holds multiple certifications with the The International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA), an agency nationally accredited by the NOCA/ICE/NCCA. I am the founder and head coach of REV IT. I know what it is like to struggle with weight and low self-esteem.
Personal Training is our premier service-a specialized fitness program tailored to fit your goals, abilities, and schedule. Personal Training offers the most individualized plan to meet your specific health and fitness goals. Once initial health and goals questionnaires are completed, a physical assessment, to evaluate your mobility, flexibility and fitness ability will be conducted.
For those who like to workout with someone or who enjoys working with and encouraging others to reach a common goal, this is for you. This is also a great place to build small team cohesion and improve overall performance and accountability for business, law enforcement, fire, ems or other first responders.
