Services
Twin River Campground and Cottages is a family campground located in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Since 2000, the Solinsky Family has been dedicated to maintaining a fun and safe family atmosphere for all to enjoy. In years gone by, the former Twin River Motor Court offered cottages for faraway travelers in the mid-1950's.
Cottage Rental rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children under 18. (2 person maximum for Cottage 3). We restrict certain breeds of dogs, please see our Pet Policy, or ask when making your reservation. We all love our pets and want them on vacation with us so let's not ruin the opportunity we have to bring them with us.
Pets are allowed but must be on a leash at all times. We restrict certain breeds of dogs, please see our Pet Policy or ask when making reservation. Owners are responsible for any messes or damages. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended at your site. Maximum of 2 dogs per site. We all love our pets and want them on vacation with us so let's not ruin the opportunity you are being given to bring them with you.
Stay and Play - Want to learn how to pan while staying with us? We have some resident campers that are typically willing to teach a newcomer how to use a gold pan. The Wild Ammonoosuc River in Bath has been a popular place to go gold panning for generations. Each spring, flood waters churn the river gravel and replenish the river's supply of gold.
We have direct access to The Ammonoosuc Rail Trail. Following the Ammonoosuc River north, the trail will carry you all the way to Littleton, NH. Heading out south brings you to Woodsville and then on to North Haverhill, NH. We are an ATV Friendly Campground. Ride from your site/rental to the trail and back.

Wish I could give it a 4.5. Our site was level, spaceous, grassy, and partialy shaded We had water, tv cable, and electricity. Bathrooms are modern, well lit and CLEAN. Hot showers are included. Lots of family activities: put put golf, shuffle board, playground, pool and baby pool, tv/rec room, ball area and more. Some sites are SUNNY and closer together. There is a newer area that is in the woods, but access might be challenging for bigger rigs. Camp store is VERY well stocked. People helpful/friendly. This campground lost a point because of it's proximity to two busy roads.

Rivers are great, sites are decent not very rocky. Picnic tables are a bit small but every site does have one. The showers/bathroom by the office are always clean and are very nice. The pool is good, heated and in 90° isnt very refreshing, but the rivers help with that. ATV trails are great, nice views and just a nice relaxing ride. The staff isn't very friendly compared to other campgrounds we've been to. They do have a store that is very well stocked with mostly everything you can forget hahaha.

My family and I had a fantastic time here! Amenities were clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, there is a perfect little gift shop that offers any extras that you may need while camping. There was an event on Friday (ice cream social) and Saturday night (luau) which made it so much easier and enjoyable to not have to cook one of the nights we were there, both were offered at extremely reasonable prices. There's a little kiddie pool and a heated salt water pool and the famous gold panning river. We didn't find anything except one fleck but we only attempted it for an hour. Was lots

Had a really good time at Twin River Campground. The campsite was awesome and very quiet. The host were so nice and bathrooms were clean. The pool was a great addition as well and my kids loved the playground. It was close to Vermont and a 1 1/2 hours away from the outlets in Conway and everything else is within a hour. Good spot right next to the river.

Loved our cabin and the view of the lake, unfortunately couldn't enjoy our vacation because it ended up being ruined. If you have your medical card.. don't plan on bringing flower.. we got spoken too and looked upon as if we were bad people because we were taking our medicine (we're 40y/o not kids!) then because of this incident unfortunately someone was breaking into the cars there couple nights after and we automatically got accused of braking into cars because of the first incident! Boyfriend's been going to this campground for over ten years and now we have to find somewhere else because of

I haven't yet camped at this location however I stopped in because I heard it was a good place to pick up a gold pan for some local creek stomping and prospecting. I was very please with this little store. They offer many options for pans, sluice boxes, shovels and other prospecting products. They also have many other items you would expect to find in a gift shop. I also took a peek at the rec center . I love that they have a pool table here. I will be camping here the next time I am in the area.

Excellent family campground. They had candy bar bingo, fried dough, and ice cream social on Saturday. There is some road noise. It was surprisingly quiet for a family campground on the weekend. Spots are spaced out, lots of shade for many spots. Got some gold flakes the first time we tried panning. Mini golf was fun. People at the camp store were very helpful and friendly. We loved the salt water pool. Bathrooms were clean, but the ladies room in our bathrooms was intolerably hot and humid when it got hot out.

We stopped by to see what panning gold in NH was all about. The camp store manager was more than helpful when it came to tools, He said a $10.00 pan a little coaching was all we needed to get started.
We spent all day there soaking in the river and panning. It was a lot of fun We learned a lot about how the NewHampshire mountains were formed, found some gold and some prehistoric rock with little leaves compressed into it. We put it all back where we found it in hopes of someone else will have the chance that we did.
It was a fun way to enjoy some really nice people. Pan gold and explore the beautiful
