If I could post zero stars I would. This was a horrible experience and waste of time going to this dermatologist. Very unprofessional. I waited almost 2 hours for my first appointment in the office. On my second visit, since I had to have a biopsy, I was told that I could only address 1 concern at a time; I’d need to make another appointment to ask a question about a different part of my body. The excuse was “it’s the insurance rules.” That’s baloney. I’ve never had a doctor tell me I had to come back to address another concern. That’s ridiculous. Plus it’s another co-pay. Kendra

I have been sitting here for the past hour with my daughter And this rude doctor Kendra Cole had her receptionist tell us we had to leave she can’t be seen . My daughters skin is inflamed. How can a doctor refuse to care for a patient.

I went to Cole Dermatology for the simple fact that I needed some one close by that had strong presence in the community. I have had a wonderful experience at Dr. Cole's clinic and the staff has been personable and very sweet to all of my needs. Dr. Cole is able to help with my cancer and has been very thorough in detection and service. I am undergoing SRT (Superficial Radiotherapy) for a couple of spots where I didn't want scaring and I have been very impressed with the result. I've been dreading visiting the dermatologist, however Dr. Cole and her team made me feel very at ease and comfortable. She spent time with me explaining what she was doing and the possible treatment plans available. There aren't too many doctors that have bedside manner and people skills, but she is definitely does!
