Update: I see the owner has responded and I wanted to clarify. Yes, this was a free consultation. Yes, she provided her opinion. But this doesn't change that she was rude, condescending, and made me feel as though the way to feel pretty in your skin was to be rich. I would not recommend going to her because of her demeanor and inability to work with clients. I'm sorry my review "broke your heart" but I left the consultation crying based on how I was treated and made to feel about myself. I have since been to a dermatologist and they confirmed that things she said were incorrect

I have had two facials with Ireen thus far and I will be a client for life. My skin improvement has been undeniable. I noticed a difference immediately after my appointments with her.

I've been seeing Irina for Hydrafacials for general skin maintenance and to combat the dreaded maskne. My skin looks amazing after she works her magic! Irina really takes the time to analyze your skin and chatted with me about the products I am using for my skin as she works. She also did extractions and a spot treatment on my chin that drastically reduced the healing time of a lovely zit I had. The space is extremely clean and modern. I also appreciate the ability to book appointments online, along with the text reminders beforehand. If your skin needs a pick me up or a thorough cleansing

Taylor did an amazing job! I am now a frequent client because I love how amazing Taylor is. I trust her opinion on what do to with my skin. It was so relaxing and has been helping my acne a lot. This is a hidden gem! I don't often treat myself to facials but after reading the reviews and reading more about the different skin treatments that Ella Skin offers, I definitely had to check this place out.
This is located in a house (much like the in-home dental offices in the suburbs) which I love. Ireena is a fantastic host and professional! She offered me water or tea, and I felt right at home.
The treatment I got was the microdermabrasion. Ireena first did a quick, free skin consultation since I've never had this treatment before and didn't know what to expect.

My mom and I came here to get facials and we got the European Deep Cleansing one. For the price, the treatment was excellent. I really enjoyed the rubber mask the most but the other treatments were great too. I loved the calm classical music choices in the background and Irina was very knowledgeable and informative about what she was doing and explaining my skin type and problems to me. It was more than just a relaxing treatment, I also learned a lot more about my skin and how to better take care of it. Like others have said she didn't pressure you to buy her products at all, but was friendly
