I never give bad reviews but these guys are a rip off. They tell you something else (different price) and you agree to that price and they go ahead and give you some other service which you are not aware off and charge you more. Yes, I call this a rip off! It was my first and worst experience and indeed it was a last one too will never go there!

I always go here for threading and love the work by Mona. I tried waxing here for the first time and the job done is good, but I didn't felt very comfortable with the waxing station/setting. It is not a separate room, more of a an outside space covered with curtains and other blocks, also a customer walked in behind the curtain during the waxing, so it made me little uncomfortable. I hope they make better arrangements. Overall the service done is good and owner is friendly too.

One of my bad experienced I had a month ago, Mona was out of town went there to get my eyebrows done Mona husband recommended another lady to do my eyebrows. She was the worse lady she make me look like a clown I got so mad and the owner and the lady did not even apologizing to me and they were yelling and cursing at me. I recommend anybody to go to that salon nobody's professional and I don't know how to do customer service the business going to go down definitely

Not professional. Even when you ignore the waiting time in the empty parlour because you requested a single service, eyebrow threading, they treat you like they don't care if you leave. The service was the worst and no one seemed to even notice the customer dissatisfaction. I didn't have time for waxing, else I would have just wasted even more money on a bad service.

Mona, the owner, does the best eyebrows! I have been going to her for a while now. She's super sweet , it never hurts too bad, and she always asks how one wants their brows before doing it. With covid in place, I also appreciate that she keeps her mask on at all times and she asks if I want my upper lip waxed rather than threaded to avoid spread of germs. Sometimes it doesn't hurt to make an appointment either as she does get busy but she also allows walk ins.

We had a great service at this salon. The services they provide are amazing and are available with in affordable prices. This salon provide you a friendly atmosphere and apart from doing the services the staff also advice you on skin and hair benefits. I drove from Saratoga to get my daughter's hair done and it was such a pleasant experience amidst the covid protocols. Mona is amazingly talented and friendly but professional. They had a separate area for women who wear hijab. Full service salon nestled in between chaat and sweets so bring the whole family and enjoy outdoor seating while you are here for needed pampering :)

My cousin brought me here for my birthday to get facials, and let's just say we're definitely coming back. I haven't had a professional haircut or have someone touch my eyebrows in about 10 years due to bad experiences. We got basic facials, eyes brows threaded and a hair trim. Everything is priced fairly, if not better. Thanks Mona for a great experience! We'll be coming back!
