Bought two recliners. One broke within two months. Was told it would have to be sent to Indianapolis to the manufacturer to be fixed as their repair person could not handle it. Was told they would contact me about picking it up. Never heard from them again. Customer service is lacking. Asked them to replace the chair. They said no. Will not buy furniture from them again.

They are extremely rude and unhelpful here. If you are looking to purchase furniture go somewhere else. I had the absolute worst customer service experience here. I would give negative stars if I could. I went in looking to purchase a couch. Was told immediately "we close soon". We had about 30 minutes until closing. We were followed around but were offered no assistance whatsoever. The woman there was absolutely no help at all. In fact she was blatantly rude. I was aware of their closing time and was absolutely going to leave right when they closed and kept checking the time. However, I did not

No stars! We were looking at bedroom furniture and when we were finally greeted a man was VERY unprofessional and standoffish! We asked about office furniture as well after looking around he came back and told us how long it takes to order and how expensive it was! Almost like he was looking down at us ! Very rude well, we have the money but won't set foot in THAT store again horrible way to do business!
