NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE --- In April 2021, we purchased a jack-knife couch for our RV from Bradd & Hall. Everything was straight forward with no issues. We liked the sofa so much we ordered another one, gave Jack a 50% deposit of $1057 on April 29th, 2021, and were told it would be 12-14 weeks for delivery. No problem. July 14th, we sent Jack an email asking for a status update. Jack stated it would be another month. August 30th, I emailed Jack requesting another update which went unanswered. On September 22nd, we called and left a message requesting an update on the order status. Jack returned

I measured all my blinds and called the order in. Lady told me to measure from the outside of the valances so I went back and measured that, ordered the shades and every single one of them were too wide. We made most of them work by cutting wood etc but had to order two more because the 2 of them I couldn’t make work. Also nobody tells you that this does not include wall mounts, wall mounts is an extra $10 a set which only includes L brackets. I have a 45’ Newmar 2008. Everyone of them mounts to the wall. Was not told anything about this when I ordered. All of them came with ceiling mounts

The folks at Brad and Hall were Excellent. They showed us various pieces and worked with us to match our RV's customization. The whole experience was a good one. I'd highly recommend them! They provide the parts and I did the install back home in Missouri. I am working with them for a custom table to suit the installation for our RV... See photos of how nicely it turned out!!!!
