Although I am not a customer of PCH Construction, I am a subcontractor who gave them four estimates within the past 14 months. I have spent over 3 hours working on each estimate and none of them have been acknowledged by PCH Construction. The least they could do was to respond to my free estimates and notify me that they were not interested. Only by the fourth estimate did they find the time to respond and simply replied, "We will no longer be needing this bid for this project." After hours of work, I find this type of response disrespectful of my time and I can only imagine their lack

We had Brian totally gut our kitchen, master bathroom and master bedroom and he and his guys did a fantastic job. Brian even made terrific suggestions to add can lights in the ceilings to replace 1960's single fixture lights in a few rooms, and suggested cabinet configurations too that we never thought of which really added to the beautiful end-result. Brian and his guys were always prompt and cleaned up thoroughly after each day which I appreciated very much. Contractors can be hit or miss but Brian and PCH Construction were a definite JOB WELL DONE. Highly recommend him without hesitation
