We were founded in 1996 with a commitment from the top down to provide the highest quality products and services available within any market served. Operating from a modern 44,000 SF climate controlled facility in Irving, Texas; Maximum Industries is AS9100 and ISO9001 approved.
Our facility is equipped with the latest technology in CNC horizontal and vertical mills, multi-axis lathes, 5-axis waterjet, and laser systems. Few manufacturing operations can provide our capabilities to process very thin plastics to heavy steel plate under one roof. Our laser cutting equipment can cut up to 3/4 inch thick steel.

Maximum Industries provides water jet cutting services throughout the United States and beyond. Maximum Industries is the market leader pushing the envelope in waterjet applications. We have an arsenal of six CNC systems including: two 5-axis, large work envelope machines used for cutting, coatings removal, and precision hole drilling in aerospace and industrial gas turbine components.
Since 1996, Maximum Industries, Inc. has specialized in custom laser cutting services, part marking, and engraving systems. Our laser cutting service allows for the processing of very thin plastics to thicker steels. Many laser cutting facilities either don't have the capacity or flexibility to handle many unique projects.
We continue to expand our capacity and capabilities by installing the latest technology in CNC milling, turning, mill-turn, and routing equipment. Whether the need is for very small parts utilizing high speed spindles or large-heavy parts requiring 50 taper tools and a 70" x 165" x 35" work envelope, we have the equipment required to produce your parts.
