We can also help with drawing and modeling with our full suite of SolidWorks. Continental Manufacturing is located in Dallas, Texas, approximately 30 minutes from Fort Worth, and is run by its parent company, Continental NH3 Products.
Based in Dallas, TX, Continental Manufacturing has provided state-of-the-art CNC machining services and custom machined parts to a diverse line of industries since 1954. We continually upgrade the skills, knowledge of our associates, equipment and the effectiveness of our manufacturing processes. We offer a variety of precision machining services including milling and turning as well as multi-spindle screw and swiss machining options nationwide.
Our multi-spindle CNC screw machining shop is equipped with 14 Acme Gridley multi-spindle screw machines, perfect for high volume machining and close tolerance screw machined parts. With varying machine sizes, we handle material sizes for your custom machined parts from 1/4" up to 3-1/2". With 6 and 8 spindles we can machine any feature on one machine minimizing cost and reducing the price of your custom screw parts.
Since 1954, Continental Manufacturing has been providing unparalleled precision custom CNC turning services & CNC lathe machining in and outside of the Dallas, TX area. Our state of the art CNC equipment includes 16 CNC lathes of varying sizes and a Mori DMU-50 with 5 axis machining capabilities. We have 10 chucks for larger diameter work and collet closing chucks for smaller diameter work.
Headquartered in Dallas, TX, our Precision CNC milling department at Continental Manufacturing has 9 state of the art CNC mills with capabilities of performing many different milling tasks. Our shop floor has CNC mills with 18,000 RPM spindle speeds for fast milling capabilities in a variety of materials, including aluminum and stainless steel, as well as high torque spindles for heavy machining.
