The administration and the ambulance service in Hereford stepped up when no one else did. My mother needed to be brought back from Vibra back to her home. She had just been placed in hospice. I spoke to the CNO that morning, then to Terri and before you knew it, my mother was home. Thank you! We are blessed to have caring people caring for its community. ❤️

I am sharing an experience of my friend. The ER doctor was very ugly because they did not have the COVID- 19 shot. We live in America and we have rights not to take the shot. The shot is not been approved by the FDA. We should not be forced to take the shot. We should not be treated ugly just because we do not take the shot. We have the right to say what goes into our bodies. There are so many report of horrible side affects from the shot.

I called the ambulance years ago because I thought I was having a heart attack and was rolling around in pain. They gave me something for the pain in the ambulance but it did nothing. The doctor left me alone in the room for about half an hour and it kind of went away but they really did nothing for me and billed me almost $2000. I had to go again because I cut my head open. They stitched it up and charged me $8 for a Tylenol. Dr Johnson was great but he retired so maybe that's why this place has gone down hill.

They told my husband he had a contusion, advised him to follow up with his regular dr. Did not prescribe any pain medication even though he could barley move his arm for the X-ray. Several days later condition was worse got a second opinion and discovered his arm had a fracture and the plate in his arm had a loose screw. I’m not an X-ray tech nor dr but how was that missed??

Worst clinic ever. Rather drive an hour to Amarillo. Never have there stuff together and they take tooooo long. And receptionist are rude. If they don't like their job go get another one. No one has them working there. Customer service should always be a priority in places like this. I'd give 0 stars but I have to give at least one lol.
