This is by far thè worst place I’ve EVER been to. They don’t care at all about patients. I had to cancel one appointment because didn’t have money for copay at the time, they refused to call in my meds until I could come see them, so I went two weeks without any meds even tho I had explained that to them. Fast forward, went out of town for a few months and when I came back I called to make an appointment ASAP because I was about to run out of meds, they said they was backed up for over a month and I asked them if there was anyway my so called doctor could write me some to do until then,

They are fantastic when it comes to psychiatric help. My doctor took the time to work with me to find just what I needed to help with my psychological disabilities. They make sure to have to come in on a schedule in order to change the medication as needed and check up on you. All of the staff is very friendly and even took the time to work with me when it came to payments when I became unemployed.

Do not come here if you value your mental health. Went here for over a year cause I had no other choice and it was the worst doctor experience of my life. Only about the money and everyone are liars. I got charged multiple times for missed appointments I didn’t make and was never made to feel like more than a paycheck. Front desk never answered the phone and I literally clocked in my appointment at 4 minutes, doctor didn’t ask any pertinent questions for a checkup, just idle chit chat and then he sent me on my way. Always had to wait at least 20 minutes for my appointment but heaven forbid

Office is negligent, they do not accommodate people with disabilities, and there is a serious breakdown in communication, between the psychiatrist and the front office. The front desk is very unfriendly, and the office manager appears to either not take their job seriously and/or is incompetent. It gives me the impression that this office is an opportunistic business that exploits its clients, and that it has no problem cutting corners with people, who suffer from severe mental illness.

I have been going to Center 4 You since July 2019. I was diagnosed with depression, anxiety, panic attacks and PTSD (regarding fire). Dr. Patel and Molly have done an excellent job with helping me. At first I was on a lot of medicine to get everything under control. Now they are slowly taking some of the meds away as I don't need them. I have been to every appointment except one and that was because I was sick. The front desk has always been very polite. I do drive 1.5 hours to get there. I leave in plenty of time ... one time time there was an accident on 220 and I called and let them know that

I drove my partner to your clinic, we were running literally 5 minutes late. I asked him why don’t you go ahead and call and let them know you’ll be five minutes late? He did. They said that was fine, as he had a five minute window. Our appointment was at 3:45. We got there at 3:51:30. They refuse to see us, and demanded an outrageous $50 no-show fee, even though we had already called to say we’re going to be quite literally one minute late. This place is absolutely ridiculous, and all of my experiences in therapy in Michigan Oregon and Virginia this is by far the absolute worst.
