I have a genuine, realistic approach to psychiatry that relates to a variety of ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities. I originally graduated with a bachelors in Psychology from Old Dominion University. I later returned to school to become a Registered Nurse in 2006 and eventually circled back into psychiatry via psychiatric home health.
All Co-pays are collected at the time of visit. Your insurance will be verified and deductible discussed prior to visit. If you have not met the deductible, we require $75 prior to your initial visit and the balance of the visit will be due upon receiot (after the claim is filed and processed by your insurance).
Patients with known or suspected cognitive changes are eligible for assessment twice a year. Comprehensive assessment for Caregiver Stress, ADL and IADL performance, Depression screening, and Decision-Making capabilities. Comprehensive Report and care plan provided to both patient and PCP within 1 week of testing.
