I worked for this company briefly. I was let go because I had to have my gallbladder removed. No where in any papers or any conversation that was had at any point during me working for this company was I told there was no leave of absent or that when I scheduled my surgery and informed the company of this was I told I would be let go. I feel this should be handled way different.

This organization was a God-send. I didn’t want to put my father in a nursing home so when I learned of Retire Ease, I immediately investigated. Everyone was extremely professional and caring. Each caregiver that came in was gentle and kind. Ms. Susie and Ms. Sandra sat in his room with him the entire time and tended to his every need. When the hospice caregivers came in, they assisted in whatever way they could. Each day was completely documented so that I knew exactly what care was given to him. We could not be happier with your company. Your caregivers provided my Dad , Robert Barnes with exceptional care. Just watching how they cared for him, made his last few days comfortable. The duties they provided around the house for my sister, as she had to work, helped her cope with the situations at hand. I cannot review the services of RetireEase, as I never had the opportunity to use them as we had hoped. However, I'm extremely disappointed in their customer relations. We reached out to them for information concerning care for an elderly parent and had a lovely in-home interview/consult experience with them. We were not ready to contract at that moment, but called a few weeks later to get things going. They set an appointment to come back to the house to complete paperwork and initiate services but then called the next day and cancelled; apologizing because they had no available caregivers. They
