I have been working with this company for a few months and so far my experience has been great! Mr. Wally and Mrs. Yetty are professional, communicative, flexible and caring. They care about their clients as well as the well being of the staff and I appreciate that. Also, they recognize employees accomplishments and we are praised for it. I have been working for this company for over 2 years and I can assure you that this company is great. Mr. Wally treats his workers with respect, he never misses a paycheck and he remembers everybody’s birthday. This company has been a great company with taking care of their clients they even remember their clients birthday and celebrate them. This is one of the best Homecare agency’s I have ever worked with.

Sent two patients to this home health agency the first one didn't see them in over a week and they were ordered to be there every other day. The second they never went to see and with the same orders for every other day. Then after a weekend the owner stated they did not accept after we had confirmation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

I like the services and the person who runs the agency Mrs. Jones is very nice to me . She has been helping me laugh more and she gets me out of the room to have some timeout time away from where I live she talks to me and I see that she cares and I feel like I can talk to her . I have been using New Bridge for over a year. I have had two aids with this company. Both have been great!! The Aid we have now is great! The same lady since the beginning of Covid -19. (March) She always makes sure she and mom are safe as much as she can. Washing hands, mask when needed, She is more like a family member. Takes mom when needed to Dr appt or store when needed. Wally the owner has been great to work with if needed for question. He is always checking with me and my mom. Horrible!!! This IS NOT A REAL BUSINESS!!! I repeat!!! RUN FAR AWAY. WALLY SCHEDULED ME FOR AN INTERVIEW FOR 1:00pm I got there at 12:58pm. I knocked on the door, no one In office I called the office number and no one answered. I decided to block my number and call that’s when someone answered the phone the person informed me there was emergency with his patient he had to tend to which I know was a lie.
