Meridian is ahead of the curve on medical services. Their plan of taking care of the primary care with a low monthly fee where most of the care is needed is visionary. On top of that Dr Bao is the most knowledgeable and friendly Dr anyone could ask for to assist them. I highly recommend Meridian Springs.

Dr. Rao went out of her way to help me get a Covid test and results in a timely manor. I was out if options and I HAD to get tested THAT day. My neighbor referred her to me. I called Dr. Rao to see if she could do my test that same day and she waited for me (after closing hours) to arrive at her office. THAT is excellent customer service.

STAY AWAY. Terrible customer service. They take ZERO responsibility for the mistakes that they make, and don't abide by the service level they advertise and CHARGE for. I would advise you to stay away from this place.
I visited the clinic for a PCR COVID test for my elderly mother which was needed for her travel. I paid $155 for an expedited test, for which results were GUARANTEED in a twelve hour period. This was very important, because the Airline required that the test results be sent out 36 hours before the flight.

I recently booked an expedited 4-hour COVID RTPCR test (USD195) as recommended by the clinic. My experience was pretty disappointing.
I was informed that if I went in early in the morning for the test, I should be able to receive my results the same day at 5pm. I went in to the clinic at 9.30am for the test and only received the results almost 12 hours later at 10.14pm the same day. I was told that the delayed was due to the lab wasn’t able to manage with the heavy PCR testing workload. I understand that the stressful situation was no fault of the clinic but I think the clinic is responsible

Where do I start! I was referred to Dr. Rao because I was literally falling apart. The office experience is so out of the box. I never got to experience her lobby chairs because I was always attended to right away. She is pleasant, a good listener, sharp, organized and on point. You can't get me to say anything but glowing things because what she did for my health I can never repay. This model of care I pray will be a trend in healthcare because it puts the focus back on the patient. Way to go Dr. Rao.

Dr. Rao is great! She doesn’t just treat you like “just some patient” she actually takes the time to understand you as a person and make sure she is guiding your medical care the right direction. She is way ahead of the game with her business model also. The office is so comfortable and doesn’t make you dread having to go to the doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Rao for a primary care physician!

I have been using this Practice for over a year now. I feel like I have developed a good relationship with Dr Rao. She takes her time with me and is very supportive in my health endeavors. I have done different appointments with her via phone, video call and in person. They have all gone well. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I’m glad I found this option.
