We're a "Direct Primary Care" clinic. This means we are interested in giving members 100% of our attention. Healthcare is a journey, and we would love to walk with you every step of the way. From providing routine healthcare, preventative treatment plans, sleep medicine, and aviation medical exams, we're here for you.
Milepost Medical is a Direct Primary Care clinic, offering services specializing in primary care, sleep medicine, and aviation medical examinations. Dr. Stringfellow is a board certified sleep specialist and can assist patients of all ages with any type of sleep problem. We offer Class 1, 2 and 3 medical exams for pilots.
There is none. Direct Primary Care = great medical care at a reasonable cost without any hidden fees or contracts. You do not need to have insurance to join Milepost Medical. However, we are not an insurance company and do not provide insurance. We recommend having at least catastrophic insurance coverage for those unanticipated medical issues which can arise that cannot be handled by Milepost Medical.
Dr. Stringfellow is a board certified sleep specialist and can assist patients of all ages with any type of sleep problem. If you are already a member of Milepost Medical, then sleep services are included in your membership. However, if you already have a primary care doctor you are happy with, but are in need of a sleep consultation, the fee is just $150 for the initial consult and $75 for followup visits.
Direct Primary Care's revolutionary model of healthcare puts the patient first in every way possible. I've always had somewhat of a phobia of doctors, I hate that feeling of being treated like a faceless number. This is the first place that's actually helped alleviate that, I felt like the doc actually wanted to understand in depth why I was there. I also liked how the rest of the staff never tried to rush me through the process either. My visit here was far less stressful than other places I've been

For starters, the only doctor I saw within this office was dr. Ana Molina-anstee. My interactions with her were less than desirable. I explicitly told her something was obviously wrong with my chest and heart just for her to tell me it’s anxiety which was already being treated successfully. I then asked what the next step would be and she had no answer other than “well I’d refer a patient to neurology or cardiology but you don’t have insurance”. Essentially, a company who does not take insurance refused to give me basic treatment. I then followed her advice of seeing a cardiologist and

Dr. Amie Stringfellow and her team are absolute professionals and they genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Amie has walked many miles with me. Her quick responses have helped my family avoid unnecessary evening and weekend urgent care visits. She takes a lot of time to listen to her patients, and every appointment I have ever scheduled with her has started exactly on time. I have never had a wait in the waiting room for Dr. Amie.

Dr. Amie Stringfellow, is by far one of the most genuinely caring Doctors I have ever come across. Dr Amie truly listens to what the issues are, and addresses each one. You are not rushed in and out of your appointment. Appointments are usually an hour long. I highly recommend her and her practice! She is triple board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Sleep medicine. She is highly qualified and very good at her job.
