USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
We've stayed with VR365 a couple of times without issue. On our last stay, we noticed broken items as soon as we checked in (not the first time we've had damaged items at one of their properties). I sent the property manager time-stamped photos of the items, which were taken 19 minutes after we checked (I let them know about the damage 45 minutes after check in). Even though I was communicative, they charged me $750 for items that we didn't break. To accuse us of causing damage in the first 15 minutes of our stay is absolutely ridiculous, and I'll be disputing the charges with my credit card company (not sure that I'll have any luck). I'm very disappointed and won't ever be using this company again

I want to especially note about how wonderful Derek was in working with us and our reservation despite everything. He was very communicative, very open for discussing options and solutions and all around showed great customer service. Much appreciate his willingness to work with us and his great service!

Very clean and lovely cabin! The home has everything we needed!! Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and spacious bathrooms. The rental company is very responsive, answers our calls and messages! We had a wonderful family vacation and we hope to come back again next year!

We absolutely loved this cabin! Plenty big enough for our family of 5 adults and 5 children! We had questions and the customer service responded to our messages immediately even the one we sent after office hours. The home was very clean and comfortable!!! We loved the small hike up the hill to see the beautiful Lake Cle Elum!!! We’d definitely stay here again!

We've stayed at Granite Creek twice during the summer, once with 9 people and the second time with 21. It was the perfect getaway for both occasions! There are two gorgeous houses that can be rented separately or together making it lots of fun for any size group - small, medium, or large. The houses are very clean, well maintained, and included everything we needed. The decor has a charming woodsy theme making it very inviting. The management of the property is responsive and made our stay easy. We often found ourselves in the hot tub as a nice gathering place. The grounds are a great place for

I would highly recommend NOT BOOKING through this company. My husband and two children live in Washington and brother and sister in law planned a family reunion with our niece and nephew that live in Florida. Our was niece was recently diagnosed with a rare, life threatening illness and will not be cleared to fly until one day after our original arrival date. We planned this trip because quite frankly this might be the last time we get to hold our niece and pour our family’s love over her. Gorgeous house in a beautiful setting near the beach and it was truly a memorable trip for me and my wife! Speelyi Beach is only a few minutes away. It was ideal for a weekend away from home. The house was fantastic, it is very clean, comfortable and serene! We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!!!

I found this cabin to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for our family, we are a family of 10 people. The bathroom and shower was excellent. You could tell that VR365 made sure that the place is very clean. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area, and also sent guides for us to check out. We love the nearby local trail! I am looking forward to staying here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Granite Creek property, and will definitely be back! The location was perfect, it felt very private but not too isolated at the same time. Beautiful views and lots to explore outside. The house also accommodated our large group so well! So much space inside and out! It’s not easy to find a house that fits all of us, but this property has two houses on it and it was perfect! The houses were very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to go back!

Update 8/12/2020 thanks Derek for reply. The only credit we received was $85.00 for a pet deposit because we decided not bring a pet . I also failed to mention we were notified the day we checked in that the house would not be ready for additional hour.
Really liked the Beach Haven House near Long Beach, Wa.
House was very spacious with many amenities. Hot tub was large, garage had darts, ping pong and pop a shot which was a bonus! Great beach access and beautiful beach. Hot tub was close to the house with entry from the deck.
3 stars because of these reasons.
